Omaha’s PepperJax Grill opening more metro restaurants

PepperJax Grill, a fast casual restaurant chain, continues to expand in the metro.

A Blue Springs location is scheduled to open Friday in Adams Dairy Landing, 1204 N.E. Coronado Drive.

Two Northland locations are in the works. The location at 9263 N.E. 83rd Terrace, is scheduled to open in early summer, and one in Antioch Crossing, 5235 N. Antioch Road, is scheduled to open in late summer.

PepperJax Grill plans an early fall opening for a location at 5922 Barkley St., in Cornerstone Commons, now under construction in Mission. A location also opened March 27 at 1855 N. Ridgeview Road in Olathe.

Menu items include made-to-order phillies, gourmet rice bowls, giant burritos, loaded nachos and fresh salads.
