Restaurants correct most violations at the time of the original inspection or shortly thereafter. Links to the follow-up inspections show how each establishment has corrected or is working to correct any remaining violations.

The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for 7 or more priority health code violations (direct links are not available):
▪ Danny’s Bar & Grill, 10940 Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, Kan., had 9 priority violations during a Nov. 15 follow-up inspection.
▪ IHOP, 1919 Prairie Crossing St., Kansas City, Kan., had 7 priority violations during an Oct. 15 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a Nov. 29 inspection following a complaint.
▪ New Fried Rice King, 748 A Washington Blvd., Kansas City, Kan., had 7 priority violations during a Nov. 28 follow-up inspection.
▪ Sun Fresh, 241 S. 18th St., Kansas City, Kan., had 7 priority violations during an Oct. 14 follow-up inspection.

The Kansas City Health Department cited these operations for 7 or more critical health code violations:
▪ Jalapeno Brothers, 8140 N.W. Prairie View Road, had 13 critical violations during a Nov. 23 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a Nov. 30 follow-up inspection.
▪ Crown Point Tavern, 2631 N.E. Vivion Road, had 12 critical violations during a Nov. 18 routine inspection. It had 4 critical violations during a Nov. 23 follow-up inspection, 2 critical violations during a Nov. 29 follow-up inspection and no critical violations during a Dec. 5 follow-up inspection.
▪ Boulevard Grill, 11832 N.W. Plaza Circle, had 9 critical violations during a Nov. 17 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a Nov. 21 follow-up inspection.
▪ The Draft Pick Grill & Cantina, 240 N.E. Barry Road, had 9 critical violations during a Nov. 15 routine inspection. It had 1 critical violation during a Nov. 18 follow-up inspection.
▪ 54th Street Bar & Grill, 303 N.E. Englewood Road, had 8 critical violations during a Nov. 21 routine inspection. It had 2 critical violations during a Nov. 29 follow-up inspection and no critical violations during a Dec. 5 follow-up inspection.
▪ Bar Louie Kansas City, Power & Light District, 101 E. 14th St., had 7 critical violations during a Nov. 21 routine inspection. It had 3 critical violations during a Nov. 30 follow-up inspection.
▪ Carniceria El Torito #3 (deli), 6200 Independence Ave., had 7 critical violations during a Nov. 17 routine inspection. It had no critical violations during a Nov. 21 follow-up inspection.
▪ Fuzzy's Taco Shop, 10157 Wornall Road, had 7 critical violations during a Nov. 15 routine inspection. It had 3 critical violations during a Nov. 21 follow-up inspection, 1 critical violation during a Nov. 22 follow-up inspection and 1 critical violation during a Nov. 29 follow-up inspection.
▪ Kato Japanese Cuisine, Sushi & Teriyaki, 6340 N.W. Barry Road, had 7 critical violations during a Nov. 14 routine inspection. It had 1 critical violation during a Nov. 18 follow-up inspection.
