Rally event being held for voters to learn more about candidates in November election

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - Voters will have the chance to interact and learn more about candidates running for positions in office at a rally and BBQ on Saturday, May 2.

Candidates from multiple communities in Missouri including Cameron, Hamilton, Gallatin, Maysville, Bethany, Trenton, Osborn, Stewartsville and Savannah.

The following list of guest speakers will be present at the event.

Jess Piper, Executive Director of Blue Missouri

Will Westmorland, Missouri farmer

Josh Smead, candidate for the Sixth Congressional District

Gena Puckett, candidate for the Missouri House District 9

Casey Scott, candidate for the Missouri House District 2

Adrian Cooper, candidate for Missouri House District 7

Candidates will be discussing and answering questions related to the continued increase of the cost of fuel, healthcare and groceries in Missouri and on the national level.

The event will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 2 at the old school, located on 116 W. Fourth St.
