Update: Bobby Bulk, 84, of Clay Center, was located by law enforcement Tuesday night in Norton, Kansas. After being assessed, Bulk was to be reunited with his family, according to the Clay Center Police Department.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has issued a statewide Silver Alert for a Clay Center man who has been missing since early Tuesday morning.

Bobby Bulk, 84, is believed to have left his home about 5:30 a.m. in his purple 1998 Dodge Dakota with Kansas tag 434AXK, according to a release from KBI. The hood of the pickup is faded.

Authorities say Bulk has recently experienced memory impairment.

He is potentially wearing blue jeans, a blue coat and a baseball cap. Bulk is white, 5’ 7” and weighs 190 pounds. He has gray hair, a gray beard and brown eyes.
