Northbound I-35 lanes shut down after multiple vehicle crash, officials say
Northbound lanes of Interstate 35 in Kansas City, Kansas, near the Antioch Road exit have been shut down due to a multiple vehicle crash, Kansas Highway patrolmen say.
Road alerts were dispatched at about 7:40 p.m. on the crash.
At about 8 p.m., highway officials confirmed to The Star that a crash involving as many as five vehicles had taken place. Authorities say the crash has resulted in injuries, but could not confirm whether any fatalities had occurred.
