Vinca problem

I have a perennial bed that has been infested with vinca vine. I never planted it intentionally. A friend donated a plant to me and it came along as an interloper!

It's pretty much everywhere and I'm not sure how to get rid of it. Do I kill everything in my bed and start over, or is there a way to salvage plants? The bed contains 3 Diana Altheas, one Annabelle hydrangea, Russian Sage, moonbeam coreopsis, Coneflowers, iris, Salvia, and yarrow. These plants are 8 years old, so the altheas and hydrangea are well established.

I'm thinking Spring would be a good time to tackle this problem as long as I have a plan to go on. Please help! - Denise -
