Where can I find a Seven Sons tree?

QUESTION:

I read a recent article in the KC Star about the Seven Sons tree. I have read more about the tree and I think it a tree I would like to add to my yard. Do you know of any nurseries in the KC area that have this particular tree? Thanks, Tim
