Bernina Sewing Center’s Sewapalooza to offer embroidery and quilting workshops

Bernina Sewing Center presents Sewapalooza, a hands-on embroidery and quilting workshop from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday at the Hilton Garden Inn, 5800 College Blvd., Overland Park.

Create a take-home project using Bernina’s DesignWorks Software Suite, which cuts shapes and patterns from multiple layers of fabric, and allows you to apply pen drawings and create crystal appliqué patterns to textiles and garments.
