Keller Williams seminar to explore the upside of downsizing

Sorting, selling and packing for a move can be an arduous task and is often the biggest obstacle to downsizing. The real estate firm Keller Williams wants to help.

Experts will provide insight on how to make a smooth transition after years of accumulating belongings and will share tips for getting your home ready to sell. The seminar, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 28, is free and lunch will be provided.
