The Blind Box Craze Has Reached Aldi-and It's Completely Free
Aldi fans already know the thrill of finding something unexpected in the aisle, whether it's a cult-favorite snack, a seasonal freezer find or an Aldi Finds item that you add multiples of in your cart. Now, the grocer is taking that surprise factor a step further.
Aldi just announced its new Aldi Blind Box giveaway, a limited-time promotion that brings the blind box trend to groceries. Even better, these mystery bundles are completely free, as long as shoppers are fast enough to claim one.

What's the Aldi Blind Box?
The Aldi Blind Box is exactly what it sounds like: a surprise grocery bundle filled with Aldi products. The boxes may include fan-favorite finds, everyday staples and fresh picks from different aisles, but the exact contents are part of the fun.
Aldi says the rise of surprise unboxings across beauty, fashion and collectibles inspired the idea. But instead of paying for a mystery toy or skincare sample, shoppers can score a box of groceries delivered straight to their door.
"Our shoppers come to Aldi for value, but they also come for discovery," said Bridget Kozlowski, director of communications for Aldi. "From viral Aldi Finds to tried-and-true products shoppers love to tell their friends about, people love the thrill of discovering something new here."

Four Days, Four Different Surprises
Aldi will release four themed Blind Boxes from June 22–25, with a new box dropping each day at noon ET. The themes include Snack, Fiber, Protein and Mystery.
The Snack Blind Box is made for grazers and could include a mix of cheeses, dips, crunchy bites and sweets. The Fiber Blind Box features gut-friendly staples and fresh picks, while the Protein Blind Box is designed for shoppers looking for filling, protein-forward foods. The Mystery Blind Box is the wild card, with a surprise assortment of Aldi staples and potential new favorites from across the store.
How to Get One for Free
To claim an Aldi Blind Box, visit AldiBlindBox.com each day from June 22–25 at noon ET. Select that day's box, enter your shipping information and wait for it to arrive.
The catch is that the boxes are available only while supplies last and are being given away on a first-come, first-served basis. According to Aldi, just over 100 boxes will be available with each daily drop. Aldi will also reveal each day's theme on @aldiusa on Instagram, so shoppers may want to keep an eye there before the daily drop.
And if you miss out, it's not a total loss. Aldi says the featured products and new discoveries will still be available in stores nationwide and on Aldi's website.
