Pepsi Launches New 'House of Treats' Soda Lineup That Gives Coca-Cola Some Serious Competition
Pepsi is coming for Coca-Cola with its brand-new customizable drink experience: the House of Treats.
According to a new press release from the company, PepsiCo is looking to provide a first-of-its-kind new soda lineup in the form of their new House of Treats, "a crafted beverages platform designed to deliver experience-first drinks" across the globe.
Like Coca-Cola's recognizable soda machines, Pepsi's new House of Treats will find themselves installed in high-volume venue spaces throughout the country, including malls, movie theaters, sports stadiums and other shared event spaces.
The resulting experience will allow each consumer to build their own personal Pepsi creation, one that delivers the same signature taste of the iconic soda brand, all without sacrificing time or efficiency when customers are in a rush to see their favorite musician, movies or sports teams in person.
"The role of beverages is evolving from functional refreshment into a much more experiential and culturally-relevant occasion," said Eugene Willemsen, Chief Executive Officer of International Beverages, PepsiCo. "Consumers are increasingly seeking personalised, elevated experiences that feel memorable and worth sharing. Pepsi 'House of Treats' is designed to meet that shift."
"Bringing together flavour, customisation and our broader portfolio in a single scalable platform for Away From Home environments, it gives our partners a simple way to unlock premium growth and operational efficiency while delivering standout experiences that drive stronger engagement and repeat demand," Willemsen went on to say.
Pepsi's new House of Treats first made its way to the United Kingdom earlier this month, specifically debuting at the Pepsi MAX SXSW London. In the months ahead, more House of Treats will debut in Poland, Romania and the Czech Republic, in addition to further expansion within the United Kingdom.
According to the announcement, "'House of Treats' will begin rolling out from June 2026, debuting a diverse menu of crafted drinks spanning distinct flavour profiles, from indulgent and refreshing to sensorial and innovative, including unexpected serves such as a hint of spice."
