Jacob loves to help out with the cooking and he would like to be a chef someday

Jacob, 15, is very comfortable in the kitchen, where he loves to help out with the cooking. In fact, he’d like to be a chef someday.

Eating out also is a favorite activity for Jacob, who burns off plenty of calories outside riding his hoverboard and playing basketball and football. He also enjoys going out with his friends, who like to joke around and laugh together.

Jacob receives assistance at school to help him progress to the best of his ability. It will be important for his “no matter what” family to ensure that those services continue. Jacob also would like to maintain connections with his siblings and other people who are important to him. Only families living in Kansas are being considered at this time.
