This Rottweiler Was Not Prepared for His Mom's Face Mask, and It Has Us in Tears
Sometimes being a clingy dog has its perks, but often it comes with snags. Just take it from Axel, a renowned Rottweiler known for his intense neediness. Although most of the time, his neediness means he gets extra attention from his favorite humans, there are times when it gets him into unwanted situations.
In this case, his close attachment earned him a spa day that he probably didn't want. While we aren't sure that's what Axel had in mind, we believe he had to enjoy it deep down inside. Either way, Axel and his mom now have glowy and smooth skin.

"Axel Doesn't Want to Be Left Out"

Axel the Rottweiler likes to be wherever his mom is, even if that means having to endure a spa day against his will. Sitting next to his mom while she was doing her nails in a sheet mask, Axel never could've guessed the next step.
Unfortunately for Axel, sitting next to his mom means participating in the activity, so the needy pup got his own sheet mask. With his mom filing his nails, it's just a regular mom-and-son spa day.
While we aren't sure Axel had this in mind, we have to believe he at least loved being close to his human. "Mother and son spa day...love it!" commented one user.
Another viewer suggested that "Axel doesn't want to be left out," which one could assume is probably true. A third user also added, "Mommie, can I go play in the park now?"

Understanding Typical Rottweiler Behavior
Rottweilers are renowned for their unwavering loyalty and deep devotion to their families. Often described as "gentle giants" within the home, they tend to form intense bonds with their owners, much like sweet Axel. This breed thrives on companionship and frequently follows its favorite humans from room to room, earning it a reputation for being somewhat "clingy" yet incredibly affectionate.
In addition to their loving nature, Rottweilers possess a natural protective instinct. They are inherently courageous and confident, making them excellent guardians of their home and loved ones. While they are not typically aggressive without cause, their imposing presence and watchful eye serve as a powerful deterrent.
Because of their intelligence and strength, they respond best to firm, fair and positive reinforcement training, which establishes a foundation of mutual respect and ensures they remain manageable and happy members of the household.
