Peter Yarrow to sing at Overland Park synagogue Friday night

Peter Yarrow of Peter, Paul and Mary will sing at Friday night’s sabbath services at the Temple Congregation B’nai Jehudah in Overland Park.

Thursday, as part of the Peter, Paul and Mary reunion tour, Yarrow and Noel Paul Stookey performed at Johnson County Community College’s Yardley Hall. During the concert, Yarrow told the audience he would sing at the temple’s Friday night services but said it wouldn’t be a concert.

The synagogue, at 12320 Nall Ave., confirmed Yarrow will be a part of the services, which start at 6 p.m.
