Time suck alert: Google turns its maps into Pac-Man game

Video game geeks, listen up: You can now turn any Google map into a game of Pac-Man.

Just in time for April Fool’s Day, the search giant released a feature that makes your neighborhood way more interesting.

So how does it work? Go to maps.google.com, and click on the Pac-Man icon on the bottom left of your screen.

Pick your city, then click the Pac-Man icon to begin.

The arrows on your keyboard move Pac-Man, but that’s all we’ve got for tips. You’re on your own now.

The feature can be used on a desktop or mobile device, so say goodbye to that productive, social self you once were.
