Local floral and accessory designer Emily Walters, of Emmy-Ray Design Studio, is now bringing her expertise to aspiring floral maestros across the metro. Offering public workshops as well as private parties, her new business, The Bloom Academy, will take your next do-it-yourself floral arrangement from wimpy to “wow!”
