Watch a free showing of the classic film Legends of the Fall in a historic Kansas City setting. The National World War I Memorial and Museum is opening its doors at 6:30 p.m. for Film Friday. Legends of the Fall features Academy Award-winning actors Anthony Hopkins and Brad Pitt in a story about the United States in the early 20th century. Reserve your spot for the film here.
Phantom of the Opera
See one of the largest productions of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera at 7:30 p.m. Friday. The show’s North American tour, produced by Cameron Mackintosh, features the work of Tony Award-winning crew members and new scenic design by Paul Brown. Tickets to the event, which takes place at Music Hall Kansas City, can be purchased here.
Enjoy an early Valentine’s Day celebration with flights of rosé at Ca Va in Westport, starting at 4 p.m. The restaurant and bar will also be serving food specials, such as salmon tartare, a flourless tart and a French cheese board. Reservations are currently full, but Ca Va is still accepting walk-ins.
