Although she didn’t establish her own jewelry line until 2010, Freida Rothman grew up with an affinity for the business after watching her father create signature pieces for women. The Brooklyn-based designer is now known for her own label, which she has recently expanded into a lifestyle brand.
Her matte finishes and use of two-toned metals distinguish her work from other designers, and she’s known for creating layered necklaces and bracelets. Rothman’s designs will be available this week at Halls on Grand, where the jeweler will be making an appearance for her trunk show.
