Earth Day Pop Up
Celebrate our planet with the help of Park Place’s Hand & Land in a pop-up event from 1 to 4 p.m. The home, body and health store will provide refreshments, giveaways and treats with pop-up products from Happy Cactus Plants, Kristen Elise Art and Little Weave Bird.
J. Andrew Trunk Show & Wine Tasting
Shop men’s and women’s handcrafted jewelry from J. Andrew at Ulah in Woodside Village. The trunk show begins at 10 a.m. and includes samples of wine from Whitewater, Kan. J. Andrew designer Javan Andrew will also be in-store to take custom orders and talk about the jewelry line.
Cooking with Herbs Chef Demo
Forget your lunch plans and taste herb-centered food from Lidia’s Kansas City general manager and chef Cody Hogan from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Alexander Majors Barn. Attendees will receive professional cooking tips and recipes while they learn about open hearth cooking from Hogan. Tickets are $25 apiece and can be purchased here.
