Your guide to dog-friendly spots in Kansas City to enjoy with your best furry friend
Leaving your dog at home when you’re out and about in the city can be difficult, especially when the heat is starting to calm down and peak KC fall is hard to resist.
Luckily, Kansas City has a wide range of dog parks, patios and bars that you can visit next time you want to go on an adventure with your four-legged friend.

Bars and Restaurants

This unique venue is both a bar and a lively dog park. All dogs are welcome to run around and expel energy while puppy parents grab some food and drinks. Dogs are allowed throughout the entire space, except the dining area. There are also professional dog-sitters to watch your pup while you mingle.

The Iron District is an outdoor dining and shopping experience where you can bring your dog along. The space is made up of local start-up businesses that are housed in colorful shipping containers, where you can shop, eat or drink with your pet by your side.
