It’s not even Halloween and Kansas City’s already getting in the Christmas spirit.

The Junior League of Kansas City’s annual Holiday Mart takes over Bartle Hall this weekend. The largest non-profit shopping event in Kansas City comes to the downtown convention center for its 35th year.

The shopping extravaganza brings jewelry, clothes, toys, food, gifts, holiday decorations and more from over 100 specialty vendors. Don’t forget your shopping list.

The Holiday Mart is open at these times:

  • Thursday: 4 to 8 p.m.

  • Friday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

  • Saturday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • Sunday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Thursday is VIP only, and you’ll have to purchase a special ticket. The night includes music, food and entertainment only available on this day.

The $35 option for Thursday gives you access to everything, while the $50 ticket gives you access to exclusive areas and an additional chance to win a jewelry item valued at $500.

Tickets for the rest of the event cost $13 and are valid for any day.

There’s also a special happy hour ticket for Friday, which includes a drink and access to the shopping event. It costs $15 and is only available on Friday.

WHAT CAN I BUY?

Everything from arts and crafts to toys and foods will be available at the Holiday Mart. Take a look at a few retailers below and check out the full list here:

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Parking is available around downtown in one of the many parking lots in the area. For instance, parking is available in the West Bottoms garage for $7 at 1601 State Line Road. This lot also has a shuttle that’ll take you to Bartle Hall for Holiday Mart.

Other garages and lots available near the convention center include the Barney Allis Garage and 1210 Broadway, which cost $20 each. There is no shuttle service from these garages.
