Summer is hot and sales are brisk at Leabrooke Town Manor, located just off Kenneth Road and 148th Street in Leawood.

The annual homeowner dues include trash pick-up, the swimming pool, Sport Court with tennis and basketball, a stocked fishing pond, and the clubhouse with exercise facility.
