Woodneath Farms has long been a destination community with rolling hills, larger homesites, grand residences and a long list of luxurious amenities.

Three new model homes in Woodneath Farms – The Links are now complete and open for visitors to tour.

These homes include the Cottonwood IV, a two-story by Summit Custom Homes; the Sienna II, a ranch reverse by Klopfenstine Construction, and the Marisa Grand, a 1.5-story, by McFarland Custom Builders. Additional homes by Summit Custom Homes and McFarland Custom Builders are nearing completion and are expected to be complete in the fall.

“These new model homes are gorgeous,” said Tricia Vulje, ReeceNichols agent. “All three homes represent a fresh take on popular floorplans. The finishes and craftsmanship are unparalleled and the response from visitors has been nothing but positive.”

Woodneath Farms has long been a destination community with rolling hills, larger homesites, grand residences and a long list of luxurious amenities. Its prime location in the Liberty School District on Flintlock Road north of Missouri 152 has made this award-winning neighborhood the perfect place for hundreds of families to call home.

The Links is the latest phase in Woodneath Farms and offers impressive views of the Shoal Creek Golf Course. The community currently has 50 homesites, 16 of which back to the golf course.

“If you haven’t been out to see the new phase, you must make time to do so soon,” urges Vulje. “It truly is the epitome of the American dream.”

Woodneath Farms amenities are designed with families in mind and include a competition-size swimming pool, lake and fountain, walking trails, playground, nature areas, tennis court, picnic pavilion, recreation area, generous landscaping and brick entrance monuments. The Mid-Continent Public Library Woodneath branch and Shoal Creek Elementary are situated on either side of the community’s entrance off of Flintlock Road, adding additional conveniences within walking distance of home.

“When you drive into Woodneath Farms, you know you’re somewhere special, making this one of the most popular neighborhoods in the Northland,” said Vulje. “If you’ve ever considered buying a home in this neighborhood, this is the time to do it. We have a limited number of premiere homesites for those wanting to build or completed inventory homes for those wanting new without the wait.”

In addition to the model homes, there are a variety of floor plans under construction.

Summit Custom Homes features its two-story plan, the Cottonwood IV, with five bedrooms and a kitchen full of upgrades, including granite, walk-in pantry, stainless steel appliances, full size and wine refrigerators, a security system, 8-foot-tall garage doors, and a 14-foot by 14-foot covered patio are just some of the additional attributes this home offers.

The ranch reverse plan by Klopfenstine Construction boasts four bedrooms with three full bathrooms, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite, large island and walk-in pantry. The lower level offers a huge recreation room with wet bar, a media room and plenty of storage.

McFarland Custom Builders offers a 1.5-story plan perfect for entertaining. This four bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home features a loft space overlooking the great room. The gourmet kitchen has an amazing walk-in pantry, desk and laundry area, and a hearth room with fireplace that walks out to a covered patio.

“Our move-in ready homes have been selling quickly,” said Vulje. “Low interest rates and limited available inventory in the Northland have kept us busy. I suspect this will continue throughout the year.”
