The sixth phase of Staley Hills is now open and features 61 home sites, with a limited number backing to trees or green space.

“We already have reservations for about half of the treed and green space home sites; however, there are a few remaining to choose from,” said Deb DiPonio, ReeceNichols agent and community co-manager. “Lot reservations allow buyers a no-obligation opportunity to secure financing, decide on a floor plan and select the builder they’d like to work with. We want people to feel confident going into the building process and not like they have to rush into a decision.”

Surrounded by trees and green space, Staley Hills offers residents a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life with two dramatic water features bordering the community’s entrance, a crystal clear swimming pool, scenic walking trails and beautiful, stone-clad homes lining the streets.

Situated off North Woodland Avenue and Shoal Creek Parkway, just north of M-152, Staley Hills is close to many conveniences such as Zona Rosa and has excellent access to major highways, Kansas City International Airport and downtown Kansas City. It is located within the highly acclaimed North Kansas City School District where students attend Staley High School, New Mark Middle School and Bell Prairie Elementary School.

An experienced team of seven builders, including Aspen Homes, Freeman Custom Homes, McFarland Custom Builders, New Mark Homes, Olympus Custom Homes, Robertson Construction and Sallee Homes, provides a wide selection of floor plans to choose from.

“Quality and craftsmanship have made the builders in Staley Hills some of the most well-known in the Northland and across the Kansas City metro,” said DiPonio. “They all have their own style when it comes to finishes and floor plans, which contributes to the variety of homes throughout the community. The range of elevations up and down the streets make Staley Hills anything but ordinary.”

There are four furnished model homes now open to tour, including a two-story, two reverse 11/2-story and 11/2-story plans. Homes start in the upper $200,000s.
