New Tom French villa community sets the design standard

As one of the area’s most respected developers and homebuilders, Tom French Homes has been designing and building superior custom homes and maintenance-provided communities since 1978. One of French’s newest and highly anticipated projects is the twin villa community, Covington Court. Located just south of K-10 at 115th Street and Lone Elm Road in Olathe, the community features the successful and improved Alderwood plan, a beautiful reverse story and a half design with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a two-car garage.

The Alderwood’s open main level flows from the entry to the kitchen, dining room and family room and also offers a pocket office. Hardwood floors are installed in the entry, kitchen, dining room and great room. Tile floors are found in the laundry and all bathrooms. All showers have custom-tile surrounds. Kitchen countertops are granite, as well as all the bath vanity tops. The popular oil-rubbed bronze finish is featured in the lighting fixtures and the main-floor plumbing fixtures. A covered deck or patio offers extended living space, bringing the outdoors inside.

These homes, shown by appointment, should be available in July and will be priced from the $340s.
