Team Mall hosts open house at One Park Place, introduces new financing options
Standing tall above the heart of the city, One Park Place has been one of Kansas City’s most notable buildings for more than five decades. Built by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the tower was among the first glass box skyscraper projects and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Conventional financing (up to 97 percent loan to value), VA financing (up to 100 percent loan to value) and jumbo financing are three options available to buyers at One Park Place.
