Two new homes nearing completion in peaceful Shawnee community

The additions of two new homes by mid-August in the growing but peaceful new community of The Preserve at Clear Creek are just a couple of reasons to head to western Shawnee.

Built by Dreams and Design Building, the two-story, Energy Star 3.0 constructed home at 7817 Green St. will be the model home. Agents will soon be onsite for tours of the home at The Preserve at Clear Creek community.

Dreams and Design Building is also nearing completion of its reverse ranch plan Everest home that is located at 24814 W. 77th St. It will also be completed in August and is currently available to purchase. Both of these homes will be on the 2016 Fall Parade of Homes by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City Sept. 24 through Oct. 9.
