Leading Kansas City new home builder Summit Custom Homes now has a limited number of treed lots available in their new Reserve at Stoney Creek community in Lee’s Summit.

“Treed lots are hard to come by in the booming Lee’s Summit real estate market, so it’s very exciting that we are able to offer these premium lots to buyers in such a perfect Lee’s Summit location,” says Missy Barron, community manager for the Reserve at Stoney Creek and member of The Rob Ellerman Team with ReeceNichols.

Summit has 26 premium lots available for build jobs in the Reserve, with nine lots backing to trees and Stoney Creek itself.

Construction is underway on three model homes in the Reserve, scheduled to be open to the public during the Fall Parade of Homes. The models will showcase the popular two-story Preston Ridge IV floor, which will feature some exciting new plan updates, the 1.5-story Cherry Creek II plan featuring an outdoor living space, and the debut of Summit’s new two-story Prescott plan, which will feature an innovative new Mediterranean front exterior, upstairs loft space and luxury master bath suite.

Nine more homes are also under construction, several of which will be move-in ready for by fall.

The Stoney Creek community is one of the fastest-selling master planned communities in Lee’s Summit.
