Mill Creek’s two-story Cambridge II model will be open for Junerosity tours, showcasing the latest in design finishes and home décor. The Cambridge II has over 3,000 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a finished lower level with wet bar and a built-in wine storage center.

Located off Langsford Road west of Milton Thompson Road in Lee’s Summit, Mill Creek of Summit Mill is a lakeside community featuring a swimming pool, stocked fishing lake and an elementary school located within the community. Mill Creek is located within the award-winning Lee’s Summit R-7 school district.

Now through June 30, Summit will make a $25 donation on behalf of every party who tours a model home in any of the participating Summit Exclusive Communities located throughout Lee’s Summit, Blue Springs and Raymore. Visitors may choose which of the six designated Junerosity organizations they would like Summit to donate to on their behalf.

Visitors to each participating community are also eligible to enter drawings for a variety of great prizes, including Kansas City Royals and Chiefs tickets and passes to family destinations like Worlds of Fun, Schlitterbahn and the Kansas City Zoo.

For this year’s Junerosity campaign, Summit will support organizations that are making a remarkable difference in the Kansas City community: Drumm Farm Center for Children, Harvesters Community Food Network, Hope Haven of Cass County, The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kansas City, Lee’s Summit Educational Foundation and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
