Prieb Homes poised to provide buyers with selection and availability

Prieb Homes is pleased to announce that it will have nine different home plans featured in the upcoming Fall Parade of Homes, running from Sept. 27 through Oct. 12. These distinctive plans were designed to offer homebuyers a wide array of sites on which to build their dream home.

Located just south of Lake Lenexa and northeast of Prairie Star Parkway and Monticello, the community of Brampton West features incredible access to nearby city parks. With homes priced from the $270,000s to the $340,000s and up, Brampton West falls into a niche price range that is under supplied in the marketplace.

“We had been under supplying homes in this market, but we have recently picked up the pace and now have over 10 homes at various stages of construction,” said Greg Prieb II, president of Prieb Homes. “This provides buyers with a wide variety of value-added home plans within 30 to 60 days of completion to prevent buyers from having to either move twice, engage in a build job that requires more earnest money down or deal with extensive site prep overages.”

With homes priced from the $320,000s to $360,000-plus, the Woodland Manor community currently has 12 homes under construction with several available for completion within 30 days. These are two-story designs with open floor plans, plenty of livable space and an array of features such as utility rooms with hallway and master bedroom closet access and walk-in showers.

“Woodland Manor has an incredible location with quick highway, grocery and retail access,” said community manager Marti Lilja.

To that Prieb added, “We have had an abundant amount of interest and activity from buyers and agents within the community, so we are excited to have these homes completed in time for the Fall Parade.”

Additionally, a second phase of 44 lots is expected to be open in late fall. Woodland Manor’s third phase will connect into the popular Prairie Pointe community, enabling neighborhood kids to walk to Olathe elementary, middle and Northwest High schools.

Construction has just started on the best lots in the second phase of the Estates of Highland Ridge community, located off 51st Terrace and Old Kansas 7 (one block west of Kansas 7) in Shawnee, nearly all of which are treed lots with walkout or daylight basements.

“We are really excited to finish out the second phase and expect to have the same rapid success as when we sold our first eight houses when they were just about completed,” Prieb said. “Our prices range from the low to mid-$300,000s, which is hard for homebuyers to find, tough when you take into consideration the high quality of the lots and amenities offered within the community.”

The third phase of 27 lots is expected to be completed this fall and the majority of them will be about half the size of a football field.

Four-bedroom, 21/2-bathroom, two-car garage, two-story and three-bedroom ranch designs are among the options prospective homebuyers will find at New Village at Prairie Haven. Located at 131st Street and Hedge Lane in Olathe, this community is a rare find with homes priced in the $250,000s-plus.

“The Fremont II ranch plan has been one of most popular designs in the past,” Prieb said, “and we get quite a few requests for ranch plans, so we decided to bring them back and added a much larger pantry, a mudroom with a boot bench and an enormous front porch.”

The expected completion dates here are within 60 days, just in time for the Fall Parade of Homes.
