Five unique Tom French communities showcase latest new home designs

As one of the area’s most respected developers and homebuilders, Tom French Homes has been designing and building superior custom homes and maintenance-provided communities since 1978. French has five communities in progress, providing prospective buyers a wealth of options to suit their particular needs, desires and lifestyles. One villa home is under construction and will be available in September. The revised Chestnut plan, a reverse 1 ½ story with a walkout lower level, has three-bedrooms and three-bathrooms with two of the bedrooms on the main level. Only six homesites remain with one offering a walkout lower level and one offering a side entry garage. Situated at College and Montclaire Drive in Olathe, Gatewood Villas is a secluded, 21 homesite neighborhood where all of the stand-alone, maintenance-provided villas have walkout lower levels and back up to wooded greenspace. This community has easy access to K-10 and K-7 Highways, allowing homeowners to quickly get anywhere in the greater Kansas City area, Lawrence and Topeka. Three unique homes are ready for occupancy plus a fourth will be ready in June. The reverse 1 ½ story residences boast four bedrooms, three bathrooms, three-car garages, and 2,500 to 3,000 square feet of exceptionally finished living space that buyers come to expect from Tom French Homes. One of Tom French’s newest and highly anticipated projects is the twin villa community, Covington Court.
