New display model homes now open, including 2016 American Dream Award winner

Spring is in full swing, and in the new homes business, that means the Greater Kansas City Homebuilders Association’s annual Spring Parade of Homes is happening now! During this event, prospective homebuyers across the Kansas City area clamor for a chance to tour new floor plans and model homes for the first time, and Chapel Hill is no exception.

Chapel Hill is premiering five new model homes, all of which feature fresh, exciting reverse 1 ½-story layouts from some of Kansas City’s most respected builders. These new homes include:

The Dillon plan is a reverse 1½-story design from Rodrock Homes at 16708 Haskins.
