A wide variety of inventory homes are now complete and available to tour in the sixth phase of Staley Hills, including four featured on the Spring Parade of Homes.

“We are pleased to showcase 11 inventory homes in Staley Hills,” said Deb DiPonio, ReeceNichols agent and co-community manager with Sara Stucker. “Staley Hills is known for its diversity in floorplans, offering homes for those in every stage of life. Whether you need more room for a growing family or a couple of guest bedrooms for when the grandkids visit, we have a home to fit your needs.”

Surrounded by trees and greenspace, Staley Hills offers residents a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life with two dramatic water features bordering the community’s entrance, a crystal clear swimming pool, scenic walking trails and beautiful, stone-clad homes lining the streets.

Situated off North Woodland Avenue and Shoal Creek Parkway, just north of M-152, Staley Hills is close to many conveniences such as Zona Rosa and has excellent access to major highways, Kansas City International Airport and downtown Kansas City. It is located within the highly acclaimed North Kansas City School district where students attend Staley High School, New Mark Middle School and Bell Prairie Elementary School.

An experienced team of eight builders including Aspen Homes, Freeman Custom Homes, McFarland Custom Builders, New Mark Homes, Olympus Custom Homes, Robertson Construction, Sallee Homes and the community’s newest builder, Summit Custom Homes, provide a wide selection of floor plans to choose from.

“Quality and craftsmanship have made the builders in Staley Hills some of the most well-known in the Northland and across the Kansas City metro,” said DiPonio. “They all have their own style when it comes to finishes and floor plans, which contributes to the variety of homes throughout the community. The range of elevations up and down the streets make Staley Hills anything but ordinary.”

Parade of Homes entries include Aspen Homes’ five bedroom Hawthorn V (No. 50) at 11201 N. Wabash Ave.; the popular Lexington II by McFarland Custom Builders (No. 51) at 2224 NE 112th St.; Olympus Custom Homes’ Katerina, with main floor living and upgraded finishes (No. 52) at 2209 NE 112th St.; and the Austin, a popular ranch floor plan by Sallee Homes (No. 54) at 2213 NE 111th St.

Additional completed inventory homes will also be available to tour and include four two-story and three 1.5-story plans. Homes start in the low $300,000s.
