New display model homes nearing completion before Parade of Homes begins

Spring has arrived, and in the new homes business, that means the Greater Kansas City Homebuilders Association’s annual Spring Parade of Homes is near! During this eagerly anticipated event, prospective homebuyers across the Kansas City area clamor for a chance to tour new floor plans and model homes for the first time, and Chapel Hill is no exception.

During the Spring Parade of Homes, Chapel Hill will premiere five new model homes, all of which feature fresh, exciting reverse 1 ½-story layouts from some of Kansas City’s most respected builders. The new homes include:

The Dillon plan is a reverse 1 ½-story design from Rodrock Homes at 16708 Haskins. The home’s base price is $339,000.

Parkview Homes LLC’s reverse 1 ½-story Broadmoor II plan is located at 16704 Haskins.
