Andrew and Nicole Mall, Darren Taylor and Ellen Vap of Team Mall have established themselves as leaders in the Kansas City real estate community by offering an extraordinary level of market knowledge and highly attentive customer service to their clients. Andrew has been licensed in both Kansas and Missouri since 2000. He’s active in the local association of realtors, advocating on behalf of fellow realtors and property owners.
His contacts in the lending world allow him to help facilitate transactions of all sizes. At One Park Place, he was instrumental in efforts to get the building designated a Fannie Mae Condo Project Manager (CPM) approved project. With this approval, buyers need only a 5 percent down payment, and current owners will be allowed to refinance and take advantage of record low rates.
Nicole has been licensed in both Kansas and Missouri since 2002 and has been selling full time for more than 10 years. Her superior market knowledge, quality service and professionalism have made her a favorite among buyers and sellers. She’s been a five-time recipient of the Five Star Real Estate Agent award, which annually recognizes real estate professionals who provide quality service to their clients.
Taylor has years of real estate experience on both sides of the state line. His intricate knowledge of urban real estate is combined with first-hand knowledge of the Kansas City condo market.
Vap’s real estate career began in 1994, and today she is a full-time, experienced agent dedicated to building relationships with clients age 50-plus. She has earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation, and counsels clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing or selling their homes.
