New community in western Shawnee offers serenity, large homesites

Excitement is building for the thriving new community at The Preserve at Clear Creek with the construction of a new model sales office and spec homes. Only 11 homessites remain in phase one, so now is the time to reserve one in western Shawnee.

The Preserve at Clear Creek brought in award-winning builders in KC Builders and Design and Dreams and Design Building.
