For a limited time, Kansas City’s leading new home builder Summit Custom Homes is offering an exciting incentive for a selection of move-in ready homes in the popular Villas of Parkwood low-maintenance community in Lee’s Summit. Now through April 15, 2016, Summit will pay home owner association and maintenance dues for two full years for homeowners who purchase an eligible completed luxury residence in the Villas of Parkwood, a savings of more than $3,200 for buyers.

Six move-in ready luxury homes are included in Summit’s promotion, including a model of the Ravenna floor plan now for sale at $399,950.
