Summit Custom Homes offers spring promotion in low-maintenance Villas of Parkwood

For a limited time, Kansas City’s leading new home builder Summit Custom Homes is offering an exciting incentive for a selection of move-in ready homes in the popular Villas of Parkwood low-maintenance community in Lee’s Summit. Now through April 15, 2016, Summit will pay home owner association and maintenance dues for homeowners who purchase one of the select completed luxury residences, a savings of more than $3,200 for buyers.

Homeowners in the Villas enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle that has year-round benefits.
