Prieb Homes has a relationship with Rodrock Development that spreads over several decades and multiple generations, dating back to the early 1980’s.

“We’re really excited and truly honored to be the sole builder to complete this community,” says Greg Prieb, president of Prieb Homes. “The first six homes are expected to be under roof shortly, one of which will be a furnished model. We’re building three-car garage versions of some of our most popular 2,200-2,500 square foot two-story plans.”

All the plans call for four spacious bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths, and three-car garages, with prices starting in the low $300s.
