Summit Custom Homes kicks off partnership with Kohler with special promotion

Kansas City’s largest new home builder – Summit Custom Homes – is kicking off a new partnership with Kohler with a special offer for homebuyers. Buyers will receive their choice of two of Kohler’s leading new products with the purchase of any Summit home in February. Summit will give buyers either a Moxie Showerhead + Wireless Speaker, which plays music, news and more by pairing wirelessly with a Bluetooth-enabled device, or a Nightlight – Lighted toilet seat, which illuminates a toilet with a soft glow to guides you safely and comfortably through the bathroom in the night.

Kohler is a global leader in the manufacture of plumbing products. The company has been bringing reliable function and beautiful form to bathroom and kitchen faucets and accessories for nearly 140 years.

Summit now includes premium Kohler faucets as a standard feature with every home. Faucets from Kohler’s Coralais collection, designed with an effortless form and simplified detail, are included with both Lifestyle and Signature Collection homes, with a Bellera pulldown faucet with magnetized integral sprayer included in the kitchen. With the Signature Collection, buyers also have the option of upgrading to the sleek and curvilinear Alteo collection. The luxury Villa Collection includes the upgraded Alteo package throughout the home at no additional cost as well as the Bellera pulldown faucet with magnetized integral sprayer in the kitchen.

Kohler studiously combines design excellence with high-performance technology to create products that exceed the industry’s most rigorous standards for finish and durability. Homes in the builder’s award-winning Signature Collection are built with additional high-performance features for added energy efficiency, including a 96.5 percent efficiency Carrier furnace and 16 SEER AC unit and an I-joist floor system.
