When Diane Love inherited a house in 2013 from a long-time friend whom she’d helped care for, she had intended for her husband to rehab it and then sell it.

“My husband is capable of rehabbing property,” she explained, “but it was taking a long time to get the work done. We needed to borrow money to do it properly. And we were paying a considerable amount of money for utilities and taxes. It was taking us a long time just to move stuff out of the house. My friend was a collector and she had a lot of stuff.”

“He even offered us the use of a moving van for free to help with moving everything,” Love said. “He was so helpful that I wished we’d called him a year ago.”
