The first of six new model homes in Woodneath Farms are now complete and open for visitors to tour.

These homes include the Cotton Creek V, a two-story by Summit Custom Homes; the Sequoia, a 1 1/2-story by Aspen Homes; and the Marisa, also a 1-1/2-story by McFarland Custom Builders. Model homes by Homes by Chris, Klopfenstine Construction and SAB Homes are nearing completion and are expected to be complete in early spring.

“These new model homes are gorgeous,” said Sherri Cole, ReeceNichols agent and co-community manager with Rob Elsey. “All three homes represent a fresh take on popular floor plans. The finishes and craftsmanship are unparalleled, and the response from visitors has been nothing but positive.”

Woodneath Farms has long been a destination community with rolling hills, larger home sites, grand residences and a long list of luxurious amenities. Its prime location in the Liberty School District on Flintlock Road north of Missouri 152 has made this award-winning neighborhood the perfect place for hundreds of families to call home.

“It truly is the epitome of the American dream,” explains Cole.

Woodneath Farms’ amenities were designed with families in mind and include a competition-size swimming pool, lake and fountain, walking trails, playground, nature areas, tennis court, picnic pavilion, recreation area, generous landscaping and brick entrance monuments. The Mid-Continent Public Library Woodneath branch and Shoal Creek Elementary are situated on either side of the community’s entrance off of Flintlock Road, adding additional conveniences within walking distance of home.

“When you drive into Woodneath Farms, you know you’re somewhere special, making this one of the most popular neighborhoods in the Northland,” said Cole. “If you’ve ever considered buying a home in this neighborhood, this is the time to do it. We have a limited number of premier homesites for those wanting to build or completed inventory homes for those wanting new without the wait.”

In addition to model homes, there are two completed, furnished inventory homes to tour and a variety of floor plans under construction.

Klopfenstine Construction features its two-story plan with two loft spaces, large bedrooms with playroom, and the kitchen is equipped with a gas cooktop and extra-large kitchen island. An oversized drop zone is perfect for large families, and the large back yard will give children space to run.

Signature Builders offers main floor living at its best in their reverse 1 1/2-story plan. This four bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home offers a wide-open first floor, an office with beautiful built-ins and a finished lower level with box beam ceilings and wet bar, perfect for entertaining. Backing to trees and a farm, the covered back deck provides a place where you can watch the sun set.

“Our move-in ready homes have been selling quickly,” said Cole. “Low interest rates and limited available inventory in the Northland have kept us busy. I suspect this will continue throughout the year.”
