Summit Custom Homes has earned an unparalleled reputation in the Kansas City area, having become known as a dynamic, growing and successful home-building company that delivers homebuyers exceptional, energy-efficient homes in some of the most sought-after new home communities, all while offering unequaled customer service.

Summit Custom Homes builds in dozens of new-home communities throughout the area and offers a wide range of home plans to suit most any buyer’s lifestyle.

If you’re in the market for a new home, you’ve likely heard the Summit Custom Homes name. What you may not know is that Summit Custom Homes develops premier new-home communities and exclusively builds in a dozen neighborhoods.

“When we are the exclusive builder in a community, the homes and community are planned to work harmoniously together, offering buyers a consistent and reliable feel, and a safe investment,” said Kevin Stucker, vice president of sales and marketing for Summit Custom Homes. “We pride ourselves on developing and building in communities with great amenities in great locations.

“In those communities, we build homes that are not only attractive from the outside, but are very energy-efficient and built to the highest quality standards, delivering a consistent and reliable customer experience. It is exciting to be able to make decisions in regard to the community itself so that it matches Summit’s overall feeling of quality and reliability.”

As with every Summit home, buyers can count on the consistent quality and appeal only a builder that’s built nearly 1,000 homes can deliver.

Summit Custom Homes is the exclusive builder in these communities:

In Lee’s Summit in Parkwood at Stoney Creek, The Villas at Parkwood, Stoney Creek Estates, Fritchie Bluff, Brooks Farm and Mill Creek of Summit Mill.

In Blue Springs in Lakeside at Chapman Farms, The Shores at Chapman Farms and Greenbriar at Chapman Farms, all in the Lee’s Summit School District.

In Lake Lotawana in Foxberry Estates, also in the Lee’s Summit School District.

In Raymore in High Point at Creekmoor and Timber Trails.

In the Stoney Creek communities, Missy Barron, community sales manager at Parkwood at Stoney Creek, said, “We introduced 45 new premium treed and walkout lots this year in phase six of Parkwood at Stoney Creek, but they’re going quickly with only 22 lots remaining. This is the number one selling community in Lee’s Summit in part because of the great amenities package the community offers residents, and in part because Summit offers homebuyers an amazing value with features and floor plans no other builder in the area can match at this price.”

Community amenities include two swimming pools, a sand volley ball court, two playgrounds and acres of common grounds. Homes are priced from the high $200,000s to the mid $400,000s.

Summit is putting the finishing touches on a new model home row featuring four home plans.

This fall Summit will complete development of 41 new lots in phase seven of Stoney Creek Estates and will offer four new home plans with either three or four bedrooms and priced from the $240,000s. Construction will also begin this month on three new model homes in The Villas at Parkwood with maintenance-provided homes starting in the low $300,000s.

Stoney Creek is just south of Missouri 150 and west of Ward Road on Stoney Creek Parkway in Lee’s Summit.

Parkwood at Stoney Creek’s office hours are noon to 6 p.m. Sunday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Contact on-site agent Missy Barron at 816-786-0181 or mbarron@reeceandnichols.com.

Summit Custom Homes is hosting a special Grand Opening in High Point at Creekmoor this weekend and homebuyers who reserve a lot today and sign a contract to build in the next two weeks will receive special incentives.

Creekmoor is a 1,000-acre, master-planned, resort-lifestyle lake and golf community.

“High Point is a great addition to the Creekmoor community and has such a fantastic amenity package,” said Susie Duane, the community sales manager. “Homes are going fast: we only have one treed walkout lot left in phase one of High Point and four available move-in ready homes.

“Phase two, offering buyers 24 premium new lots, many backing to trees and allowing for daylight or walkout basements, will be available in July and we are currently taking reservations. Buyers will find homes priced from the $270,000s to the mid $300,000s.”

For information about High Point at Creekmoor, stop by the sales office open 12 to 6 p.m. Sunday and 11 to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Contact Duane at 816-518-7020 or highpoint@reeceandnichols.com.

Timber Trails is a Hunt Midwest master-planned community in Raymore. Three new model homes recently opened for buyers to preview, priced from the $240,000s to the $280,000s.

“This is one of our newest communities and we have put a bit of a spin on the homes here, said Megan Fratzke, Summit’s marketing manager for Summit Custom Homes. “The homes are a part of a Lifestyle Series designed to meet the needs of today’s discerning buyer at an exceptional value.”

Timber Trails’ amenities include a playground, walking trails and a pool. It is in the Raymore-Peculiar School District.
