Brampton West attracks buyers with parks in mind

Located just south of Lake Lenexa and between two popular city parks, Brampton West continues to be one of Lenexa’s most active residential communities in construction and sales.

Situated northwest of Prairie Star Parkway and Monticello between Lake Lenexa, Black Hoof Park and Buffalo Meadows Park, this boutique 56-lot community features homes built exclusively by Prieb Homes.

According to Greg Prieb II, president of Prieb Homes, the homes here — ranging from the $270,000s to the $340,000s-plus — are in a highly sought-after price range hard to come by for new home construction in Lenexa.
