Summit Custom Homes celebrates grand opening of Mill Creek of Summit Mill with new promotion

In honor of the official opening of the new Mill Creek of Summit Mill community this weekend, Summit Custom Homes is offering a special Grand Opening Promotion for those interested in moving to the popular lakeside Lee’s Summit community. Buyers who sign a contract to buy or build a home in Mill Creek by Feb. 29, 2016, will receive $2,500 in free upgrades to their new home.

Summit will host a Grand Opening Celebration from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the brand new Community Information Center located at 265 SE Coyle Drive. Visitors will enjoy a hot chocolate bar and treats while touring completed homes in the latest phase of the community and learning the details of the new promotion.
