Home construction is well underway in the second phase of The Reserve at Riverstone as interest from homebuyers has increased dramatically in recent months.

“Homes have been selling quickly and our builders are working hard to replenish available inventory,” said Linda Burwell. “In fact, we have just one completed home open to tour, but it is simply a must-see. The Solace by Brookeview Homes wows visitors with its sleek and contemporary finishes. The modern style is a first in Riverstone, but I expect that we’ll see this trend become more and more popular in the years to come.”

The Reserve at Riverstone is located off of Tiffany Springs Road, just north of Missouri 152 and west of Interstate 29 and within walking distance of family oriented hotspots such as the Tiffany Springs Sports Complex, Springs Water Park and one of the city’s premier shopping districts, Zona Rosa.

“In addition to its prime location, students living in the community attend Renner Elementary School, Plaza Middle School, Congress Middle School and Park Hill High School, all within the highly sought after Park Hill School District. This is a huge plus for parents as the Park Hill district offers unparalleled educational opportunities and is the recipient of many prestigious local and national awards.”

The Reserve at Riverstone also boasts a brand new swimming pool, walking trails and natural areas throughout.

“The Reserve at Riverstone is perhaps the best kept secret in the Northland,” said Linda Burwell. “Homebuyers looking for a well-located community in a superior school district with family-friendly amenities and nearby shopping and entertainment opportunities should stop in for a visit. They won’t be disappointed.”

An experienced, award-winning builder team made up of Aspen Homes, Brookeview Homes, Ernst Brothers Home Construction and the community’s newest builder, Summit Custom Homes, offer a diverse selection of homes designed to fit the needs of homebuyers in all stages of life.

“There are 10 inventory homes now under construction,” said Burwell. “These range from two-story to ranch style homes, all with stone facades, quality craftsmanship and unique touches that set each home apart from the others in the neighborhood.”

While the laundry list of positives for the neighborhood is a tremendous draw, the uptick in home sales in Riverstone can also be attributed to rising interest rates and a continually improving economy.

“As the economy improves, home values have increased and allowed people the opportunity to sell their homes and move into something that better meets their family’s needs,” said Jenni Mann, marketing manager for Hunt Midwest Residential, developer of The Reserve at Riverstone. “Homes are selling quicker than most people expect and, in some cases, for more than the asking price. Oftentimes homebuyers come into our new-home communities needing to move in the next 30 to 60 days, causing a limited supply of completed homes, as is the case in Riverstone.”

The Reserve at Riverstone is a 293-acre mixed-use, master-planned community that includes 284 single-family homes, 500 for-sale townhomes, a senior independent living community, luxury apartments and 85 acres of retail. It is marketed exclusively by ReeceNichols. Model homes are open 12 to 5 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.
