New villa home sites opening for reservations

With the ringing in of 2016 the resort-style community of Creekmoor will open its newest villa neighborhood, Creekmoor Club Villas. This maintenance-provided enclave will feature homes built exclusively by SAB Homes, a company which has been building award-winning homes in the Kansas City area for a quarter century.

These new villa plans will feature two to four bedrooms, first-floor master suites plus a second bedroom/flex bonus space on the main level and finished lower levels. Prices will range from the upper $200,000s to mid $300,000s.

This new neighborhood will offer 23 home sites, which open for reservation on Jan. 16 and are priced from the low $40,000s to the low $60,000s. Some back to the golf course and some back to woods. Eleven of the sites are walkout locations.

Creekmoor Club Villas home sites are a short walk from the Creekmoor clubhouse where the social activities calendar is always full with exciting events and activities for the whole family. Creekmoor is anchored and designed around the 108-acre fishing and boating Creekmoor Lake and the acclaimed Creekmoor 18-hole championship golf course.
