Benson Place Fieldstone opens new phase

Phase five of Benson Place Fieldstone is now open and not a day too soon. Aimee Miller, ReeceNichols agent and Benson Place community manager, had a waiting list of homebuyers eagerly anticipating the new home sites.

“Between the homebuyers on our waiting list and the five members of our builder team, over half the home sites were purchased within the first two weeks after they were made available,” Miller said. “It’s a true testament to the popularity of this community.
