Following the debut of a new series of luxury residences in the spring, leading new-home builder Summit Custom Homes has had a busy year in the low-maintenance Villas of Parkwood community in Lee’s Summit.

“Homebuyers are excited to learn that so many designer touches which are typically considered upgrades are actually part of the standard features that come with every luxury home here in the Villas,” said Danielle Sapienza, community manager for the Villas of Parkwood and member of the Rob Ellerman Team with ReeceNichols.

Featuring Mediterranean-style home exteriors made from natural and low-maintenance stucco with ceramic tiled roofs, the attentively designed community showcases strategic architectural design and aesthetic detail. Enhanced landscape packages, irrigation systems and provided lawn maintenance and snow removal cultivate an elegant and upscale neighborhood atmosphere that is low maintenance for homeowners. Luxury residences in the Villas of Parkwood start in the $290,000s.

The Villas of Parkwood is currently showcasing three furnished model homes, including the popular Palermo plan, which was honored as a First Place winner for Distinctive Plan & Design by the Home Builder’s Association of Greater Kansas City during the Fall Parade of Homes. The 2,130-square-foot Palermo model features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three-car garage with a finished lower level with rec room and wet bar.

The 2,487-square-foot Ravenna model, which received a Second Place award for Distinctive Plan & Design during the Parade, includes five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three-car garage and is now for sale at $389,950. A 2,151-square-foot Catania model has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a three-car garage with a finished lower level with rec room and wet bar. The Catania model is also now for sale at $379,950.

Five exclusive floor plans are available in the Villas, each combining thoughtful space planning with luxury features. Elements such as box vault ceilings, a designer chef’s kitchen and custom tile zero-entry showers give each home rich character while details like two-panel solid roman interior doors, lever door handles and rocker light switches give added sophistication and convenience. These added luxury features are included at no additional cost in every home in the Villas in addition to Summit’s already extensive list of standard features.

Summit has carefully designed a flexible lower level finish package for each floor plan in the Villas, allowing homebuyers to easily add extra rec room space and a wet bar for entertaining, or additional bedrooms to comfortably accommodate visiting friends or family.

Summit is currently offering a move-in ready Venice plan with 1,765 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a three-car garage priced at $329,950. Four more luxury residences are currently under construction and will be move-in ready within 90 days: a Palermo plan that has two bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage and is priced at $305,000; a 2,482-square-foot Catania plan with a finished lower level that has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three-car garage is priced at $399,950; a 2,787-square-foot Ravenna plan with a finished lower level, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three-car garage is priced at $399,950. A Ravenna plan with 1,719 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a three-car garage is also available at $332,950.
