This expansive inventory and helpful, friendly atmosphere has drawn customers not only from Kansas City, but also from northwest Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. Anyone who buys the business would have a built-in clientele of loyal customers, including a database of 8,000 current customers’ contact information that is used for mailers during special open house events.
